Very nice hotel close to base. Cons: extremely small pool. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are modern and clean. For some reason I was given a handicap accessible room when I preferred the bathtub but overall I can't complain.
The upgraded rooms are nice and the breakfast is yummy. The price is good also!
Hello my name is Nakia Johnson and I stayed at one of your hotels in Kentucky. This was my first time coming to Kentucky and outside of the bed bugs, I had a great time. This is where it concerns you. Myself my son and aunt were all bit with bed bugs. We stayed in Room 114 at Sleep Inb in 220 Auburn St. Oak Grove KY, 42262 .
I am highly upset..I was bitten on my face and arms..my son was bitten on his arms and head. My aunt was bitten on her back. My son and i slept in the same bed . My aunt had he own bed. I have pictures of my face..the pillow case I slept on has blood on it and I took a pictures of the bed bugs. Yes bugs.i found two of them. I left items in that room that were not in my bag closed tightly. I left a scarf, hat, and jacket there.
Again I am extremely upset and I plan to keep sharing this information...news/ social media until we are compensated and this situation is rectified.
Safe area. Has a small indoor pool. No hot tub. Our phone did not work, but otherwise it was fine.
I will NOT be staying at this Sleep Inn again. We arrived on Fri Dec 8 booking 3 rooms. Well around 3:30 AM or so we begin to hear this commotion in the hallway outside our doors. The police, yes I said the police was arresting someone. All we heard was Get down, stay down get your hands behind your back. Well we found out by asking what was going on on the 3rd floor. Well we where told by staff the guy shot a cop or shot at a cop and he had a weapon and run into the hotel. Well my son and I noticed 4 ladies in room 303 acting strange. They where the girl in the room to go into the shower and take her phone she will be alright. She kept saying she was scared. We got on the elevator and we noticed the same ladies after we got back walking up and down hallway. We told the staff about it but didn’t know if these ladies was involved in the situation. Well found out it was them. Well we thought it would have been nice if Mgmt would have st least apologized or made us aware of the situation. What would have happened if someone would have opened their door. We wanted to leave but we couldn’t cause we would have lost our money. I think we should have been given the option to move to another floor or leave. I would have left but Sleep Inn executives please put in place an emergency plan where the staff can at least alert the guests. Unhappy guests in rooms 310,311, and 312. One last thing the tub in room 311 was dirty and trash was beside the night stand table. The lady at the desk came up to clean tub which I wasn’t thankful but she had to leave the desk. The sink in my daughters room was clogged
