The room was nice but the service was to be desired. Our daughter left her stuffed animal in the room and it took four days of calling to finally be told that it had not been found. Each time we called we were told that we would receive a call back and never did. We had to eventually reach out to a manager to even get a response beyond "I don't know." Simply responding in a timely manner would have gone a long way. We understand that it is just a stuffed animal to many but waiting four days for a response to find out if our daughters companion since she was 2 had been located or not left us with a bad taste.
We had a wonderful stay. They staff was fantastic. We came into the area to see the solar eclipse. Upon our arrival we found that the hotel had a free cook out for everyone. There was also a gift pack waiting for us in our room. We intended to watch the eclipse from another location, but decided to stay right where we were. On the day of the eclipse, they brought in a food truck with some great BBQ. They even arranged to have the property's light sensitive lighting turned off during the event. Aside from all of this, the rooms were very nice with a full refrigerator with an ice maker, a two burner cook top, a coffee maker, microwave and even a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and having back problems I was very appreciative for it. If ever in the area again, this will be my first choice for accommodations.
We traveled here from Florida to get away from hurricane Irma. Every employee has been extremely nice so far. They had no problem extending our stay last minute. They have been very accommodating. Rooms are clean. Pets are allowed which is great.
Checked in late after a flight and desk clerk was extremely helpful! She immediately switched one of our two rooms to a two queen bed, which we needed but hadn't asked for. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds big and soft and came with four comfy pillows. Bathroom was clean and had the best shower head ever! Hotel was minutes away from Fort Campbell where my son is stationed. Very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!
The rooms are great! The management needs work. We reserved a king bed and were given a queen bed. We were never called back in reference to getting a king room ready for us.
