I did not get my hair washed or styled. I asked the stylist to braid my hair for a wig foundation and she did a great job in maybe 20 minutes or less. The price was 35.00.
Went in to get a trim and came out with 4 inches gone looking like a little boy. She put no style in my hair and when I was freaking out about how much she "trimmed" she tried to explain me that my hair was too damage and she had no choice. She didn't want to give me my receipt as she must knew I was gonna complain. Walked in with shoulder length hair. Came out with hair to my ears. DO NOT GO
I went in to get my hair colored on Sunday after making the huge mistake of trying to dye my own hair. When I arrived there was only one employee working - taking customer info, doing hair,answering the phone,etc. She still managed to be kind and personable with her customers. My hair came out great too! The color is beautiful. If you go to this specific salon, request Logan- she's great!
Took my daughter in early Sunday morning for highlights and a haircut. We had pictures of the cut and how we wanted the highlights. The stylist who said she was the manager ignored us at first helping people she knew who came after us. She apologized then said she understood the cut and highlights we were wanting. After four hours of her bleaching my daughters hair, adding 1 highlight (there was supposed to be 3), and cutting my daughters hair wrong even after repeatedly showing her the pictures she said the hair was right. I asked several times how the orange would turn back brown she stated " the toner will even it all out" when asked about the other two highlights " well you liked the lighter blonde from the bleaching so that's her second highlight" when asking her 5 different times to fix the haircut she finally said " well you didn't have the picture where I can see it so have your daughter hold and I'll do my best" when telling her the side should be shorter cause it's a short hairstyle she said " I have to leave it that length or I can't flat iron it" it wasn't supposed to be flat ironed. My daughter tired of sitting there and hoping the stylist would fix her hair right said it was fine so we paid and left. My daughter cried, refuses to go to school cause her hair is light orange not the brown with blonde highlights as it was supposed to be. Her hair cut looks awful. The one highlight washed out.I filled out the survey and have contacted their customer care several times to get a Full refund or free fix from a stylist who actually knows what she's doing. They said the district/regional manager should have contacted me by now they'll email her again.
This complete disregard for their bad service is appalling. We are moving over an hour and a half away. The cut and highlights were for my daughters first day at a new school tomorrow. Instead of her upbeat ready for a fresh start attitude my daughter is crying begging me not to make her go till these people fix her hair right. I spent $130 on crap and an extra $10 on beanies to cover her hair. I also noticed she cut several other people's hair wrong while we were there. When they complained she said " Oh it will grow back" or " that hair was damaged and needed to go".
I went in for a TRIM and the "hair dresser" cut 2inches off, RIPPED my earring out of my ear, stuck her finger in my mouth and gave me a blunt cut. I asked her to point the ends a bit so they weren't so straight and blunt and she combed my hair and then cut another 1/2 inch off. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Not even worth $1. I could have my 7 year old sister do a better job.
