This is Fantastic place to rent a car. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes when I come in to pick up my rental car and they don't have my class of car to rent. They will upgrade me for free. The rental car is always in good condition. When I call for a pick up. They arrive at my residence in minutes. Sometimes when I go to pick up my rental car and it's not clean. I ask them to clean it and they always accommodate me. I have actually seen the staff go out there and clean the car themselves. The staff always answers all my question in a professional manner. They treat me so well at this location. I would definitely recommend this location for your car rental needs.
Sitting at enterprise, being ignored by staff. Place isn't busy. Perhaps they just don't like customers. The manager eventually rented me a car after first attempting to strong arm me into buying their coverage, demanding to see my insurance policy, questioning whether my insurance had rental insurance, and doubting that my Amex would cover rental damage. She was extremely aggressive and rude during this process. I've rented from Enterprise all over the country for years, this one experience may be the last time I do so. Hopefully I don't get jerked around turning car in.
We did have an issue with our pickup time and pricing. The customer service however was great. Later in the day I received a call and she was very kind and fixed all our issues. I am very impressed with how she handled the situation and loved her disposition.
Was transferred over from the main reservation number so local office could answer a specific question on local rules regarding younger drivers. Was put on hold for 25 minutes until it was time for the office to close for the day and magically the customer service rep could not hear me and promptly hung up on me. Funny how I had just had a 10 minute conversation with someone from the main reservation number with no issues. Poor customer service.
Absolutely fantastic service! The suburban that I rented was not cleaned on the inside, but because of it they were very generous about the return. I would definitely return. Customer service was beyond reproach. They were legit and professional. Thank you! Will definitely return!
